Instead of crash diets 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet you are better following a gradual path to weight loss as this gives you a much better chance of keeping the weight off that you lose. Fluctuating weight levels are not good and not conducive to a long healthy life. You have to picture your body as like a fine classic sports car. You would not deprive it of things that would be beneficial to it, instead you would cherish it, look after it, do the right things to maintain it. Why would you then wish to deprive your body of the fuel it needs to work? If you put the wrong type of fuel in your car then it would not work so in the dietary world why would you do the equivalent?
